Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This site is run by Fundația Swiss, registered office at Aleea Țibleș nr. 45-47, Sector 6, București, entered in the Register of Associations and Foundations under no. 73/05.05.2026 at the Sector 6 Bucharest Court, tax ID 54643064. By using the site you agree to the terms below.

01About the site

The site presents the Foundation's work, programmes and supported cases, and lets you send requests, donations and tax redirection forms. Its content is for information only and does not replace a specialist medical consultation.

02Donations

  • Donations are voluntary and involve no goods or services in return.
  • Amounts received are used for the Foundation's purpose: medical procedures, evaluations and support for people in vulnerable situations.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe; the Foundation has no access to card details. Donors receive a donation confirmation by email.
  • Refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy.

03Form 230 and sponsorship

By completing Form 230 on the site, you authorise us to file the request with ANAF to redirect up to 3.5% of your income tax. Company sponsorships are made under a sponsorship contract signed by both parties.

04Information you send us

You are responsible for the data you send through the forms being accurate and for having the right to send it, including when you write on someone else's behalf.

05Copyright

The texts, photos, videos, logo and design of the site belong to the Foundation or its partners and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Patients' stories and images are published with their or their parents' consent and may not be reused for other purposes.

06Liability and external links

We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it is error-free. The site links to other sites (ANAF, Stripe, social networks) whose content we are not responsible for.

07Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any complaint amicably. Consumers may also use ANPC's alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL), www.anpc.ro/sal. Failing an agreement, the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction.

08Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page.
