Donations are voluntary contributions and, once used for the cases we support, can't be recovered. Mistakes happen, though, and we correct them.
01When we refund
- You donated a wrong amount by mistake, or the same donation more than once.
- The payment was made without the cardholder's consent.
- You changed your mind within 14 days of donating.
02How to ask for a refund
Write to office@fundatia-swiss.ro within 30 days of the donation, with your name, the email used, the date and the amount. We reply within 5 working days, and the money goes back to the card or account you donated from, usually 5–10 working days after approval.
03Bank transfers
Donations by bank transfer follow the same rules; we return the amount to the account it came from.
04Form 230 and sponsorship
Redirecting 3.5% of income tax is done by ANAF and is not a payment to us; if you change your mind, write to us before the form is filed. Company sponsorships follow the terms of the sponsorship contract.
